Our commitment
Core navigation, service discovery, project evidence and enquiry routes should remain available without relying on colour, hover, animation or a particular screen size. Illustration supports the experience but must not block access to essential information.
Measures built into the site
- Semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive page titles.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Light and dark themes with tested text contrast.
- Responsive layouts designed to remain usable from 320 pixels upward.
- Reduced-motion support and no scroll hijacking.
- Alternative text for informative images and empty alternatives for decoration.
- Labels and instructions for form controls where forms are provided.
Known limitations
The site is being expanded and audited in stages. Some third-party destinations, archived project captures or documents linked from this site may not meet the same standard. The online enquiry routes depend on a configured delivery provider. If delivery is unavailable, the form states clearly that nothing was sent and provides an email route.
Report an accessibility barrier
Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology involved. We will review the report and provide an alternative route where reasonably possible.
