Who this notice covers
Airix Media is a creative technology studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. This notice applies to visitors, prospective clients, client representatives, suppliers and other people who communicate with us or use our services.
Information we handle
We may receive your name, work contact details, organisation, project requirements, support request, correspondence, billing information and other details you choose to provide. During a client engagement, we may also handle authorised account, platform and technical records required to deliver the agreed work.
This website stores your theme preference and, on the publishing pricing page, a manually selected pricing region in your browser. When you submit an enquiry or support form, its contents are validated by the website and sent through our configured email-delivery provider to the relevant Airix team. If delivery is unavailable, the page states that the form was not sent and offers an email alternative.
Why we use information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare project scopes or proposals.
- To deliver, support, secure and document contracted services.
- To administer accounts, payments, supplier relationships and business records.
- To protect our systems, investigate incidents and meet legal obligations.
- To improve the website and services using information that is appropriate for that purpose.
Planned analytics, advertising and AI tools
Airix may use consent-gated Google Analytics to measure public-page visits where its measurement ID is configured. Optional measurement remains off until the visitor accepts it. Airix may later introduce advertising conversion tracking, Pinterest measurement, remarketing or AI-assisted enquiry and operational tools. Before activation, we will review what information each provider receives, the legal basis for using it, applicable consent requirements, retention, international transfers and visitor controls.
We will not intentionally send confidential client materials or sensitive personal information to a public AI service without appropriate authority and safeguards. Where an AI service helps process an enquiry or client workflow, its role will be disclosed where required and governed by the relevant agreement.
Search engines and public discovery
Public pages may be submitted to search engines, search consoles, structured-data tools and AI-enabled discovery services for indexing. These services may crawl and process information already published on the website. Indexing a public page is different from sharing private enquiry or client data; non-public records are not submitted as website content.
Retention and security
Records are retained only for as long as they are needed for the relevant enquiry, service, contractual, accounting, security or legal purpose. We use access controls, separated environments, documented release practices and other proportionate safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, restrict, delete or receive a copy of personal information, object to particular uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing. We may need to verify your identity and retain information that the law or an active contract requires us to keep.
You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another competent authority where applicable.
