We aim to keep service descriptions, project records and pricing information accurate. Website content is general information, not a binding offer or a substitute for a scoped proposal. Availability, deliverables, schedules, service levels and fees are confirmed in writing for each engagement.

We may change, suspend or withdraw website content and cannot promise uninterrupted access to the public site.

Airix Media or the identified rights holder owns the website design, text, illustrations, marks and non-public materials. You may not reproduce or present them as your own without permission. Public code is governed by the licence in its individual repository, not by these website terms.

Client names, marks and interface captures remain subject to their respective owners and are shown to describe verified work and responsibility.

Links to GitHub, demonstrations, client websites and other external services are provided for context. Their operators control their content, availability, privacy and terms.

Public website content may be indexed, summarised or referenced by search engines and AI-enabled discovery services. Airix may also use advertising and measurement services in the future. Their use of visitor information will be described in the Privacy and Cookie notices when those services are activated.

Automated summaries or search results created by third parties may be incomplete or out of date. The current Airix website and a written project agreement remain the authoritative sources for our services and commitments.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airix Media is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general site content, unavailable third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The governing law and dispute process for client work are stated in the relevant agreement.
