Can I choose Nigeria pricing while operating elsewhere?
Final eligibility follows the organisation’s billing location.
Can I buy a migration immediately?
No. Migrations require technical assessment.
Does archive hosting guarantee indefinite availability?
No. Archive hosting provides defined hosting, backup, restoration and preservation responsibilities for the contracted period.
What is the Quick Intervention boundary?
Quick Intervention covers controlled diagnosis and a single repair attempt for critical issues. It does not include long-term maintenance or major infrastructure overhauls.
How are taxes handled?
Taxes are calculated based on your billing country and are excluded from the initial price book amounts unless stated otherwise.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Managed hosting and support plans can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Does hosting include my domain?
Shared Foundation and Managed Journal include one .com, .org, or .net domain allowance; premium extensions or additional domains are billed separately.
What happens if a renewal fails?
Failed renewals trigger a 7-day grace period followed by suspension. Data is retained for 30 days before decommissioning.
Is indexing guaranteed?
We provide discoverability readiness (OJS configuration, metadata optimisation, and sitemap registration). Final indexing outcomes depend on external provider policies.
